Dr. Pooneh Najafi
|
Dr. Pooneh Najafi was born in Iran, but left in 1990 to pursue her dream of being a dentist. She lived in England and Canada until she received her United States citizenship. Dr. Najafi received her B.S. in Biology with Honors from Texas Women’s University, Denton in 1996 and then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry, Dallas in 2000. She has considerable specialty training in the areas of Implantology, Cosmetics, and Invisalign braces. Dr. Najafi is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Fort Worth District Dental Society, and the International Congress of Implantologists.
Dr. Najafi has been married for twenty years and has a young daughter. |
Dr. Robert Maberry, Jr. |
Dr. Robert Maberry, Jr. has practiced dentistry for more than thirty years. He is trained and experienced in a wide range of treatments and procedures. He is especially proficient in cosmetic and reconstructive crown and bridge, root canals, minor oral surgery, and dentures and partials. In addition to the full-time practice of dentistry, Dr. Maberry, Jr. who holds a PhD in history, is an adjunct professor at Texas Christian University and an award-winning author and lecturer. He has also been guest curator at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, the George Bush Library, and the Bob Bullock Museum in Austin. Dr. Maberry, Jr. is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Fort Worth District Dental Society. Dr. Maberry, Jr. a native of Fort Worth, has been married to his wife Anita for thirty-four years. They have two grown children and two dogs.
In April 2008, Dr. Maberry sold his dental practice to his long-time associate, Dr. Najafi and moved to Houston.

Terrie Aguirre, Hygienist |
Terrie Aguirre is a native Houstonian and received her hygiene degree from the University of Texas at Houston Dental Branch in 1994. She practiced there until 2003, when she moved to Fort Worth. Terrie has eight years of periodontal experience with many hours of continuing education in cosmetic dentistry and bleaching. She lives in Aledo with her husband, dogs, cats, miniature horses, and one miniature mule. Terrie’s hobbies include running marathons and animal rescue. |
